Loved the rock formation & leading lines. Spent almost the whole morning here trying to get the right composition. Now I had to wait for the right wave to flow through, so I could get that ethereal look & feel to the image.
Since I started using the Lee ND Filter System, I've notice a huge difference in my shooting & workflow. On a normal sunrise shoot I used to bring home an average of 350 bracketed frames & do exposure blending. I'm now averaging about 50-70 frames. There seems to be no need to bracket anymore using the Lee ND filters, I'm slowing down my thought process & looking at the image & making a decision on what filters I need to capture the scene in front of me. All of this is, I think, making me grow to become a better photographer. Another adjustment I'm making is that I don't go into Photoshop all that often anymore or using plugins. It'll be a long while for me to create images to what Pro Photographers who inspire me are shooting, like Joe Cornish, Jonathan Chritchley, & Thomas Heaton, but I believe I'm on the right track.
Aloha a hui hou my friends!
